  • Contract guarantees:
    • Written commitment of the insurer to pay a certain amount to the beneficiary of the guarantee (the buyer) in the event of the contractor failing to meet its duties and obligations towards the beneficiary of the guarantee
    • Eligibility: Companies joining a tender or applying for a contract in Poland or abroad
    • Bid/tender, performance, advance payment, and warranty guarantees are available
  • Environmental guarantees:
    • For companies whose operations may give rise to adverse environmental effects
    • Eligibility: Entrepreneurs conducting business operations that may be harmful to the environment
  • Payment guarantees:
    • Secures exporter's payment obligations towards his suppliers
    • Also, supply chain finance guarantee, which secures exporter's payment obligations towards financial entities, mainly factoring companies
  • KUKE Finance agrees to purchase outstanding invoice before its due date falls. In return, subject to the terms of the purchase, KUKE Finance immediately advances up to 90% of that invoice value
  • The remaining balance is available to the exporter after KUKE Finance has received the payment from the customer
  • Covers losses incurred in connection with the execution of a direct investment abroad as a result of events referred to as political risk and force majeure
  • The insurance covers documented pecuniary and tangible expenditures as well as intangible and legal assets (net) invested in a foreign business, which give the right to participate in profits, in the estate in bankruptcy, guarantee the right to vote and to supervise and co-manage
  • LC guarantee: The bank's payment is assured. If the bank receives no payment from abroad, KUKE pays compensation
  • Factoring insurance: Insurance of receivables acquired by a factor
  • Forfaiting insurance: Protects banks purchasing receivables under medium- and long-term export contracts from the risk of non-payment by the foreign entity
  • Finance lease insurance: Protects leasing company against the risk of not receiving lease instalments from foreign business partners
  • Counter guarantee: KUKE shares the risk with the bank issuing a guarantee, typically a contract guarantee. KUKE’s Counter Guarantee covers the recourse risk on the exporter if the beneficiary of a contract guarantee makes a request for payment under that guarantee. A Counter Guarantee may apply to a single contract, or to an entire guarantee line provided to the exporter by the bank
